At A Wash To The Wise, we take pride in the quality of our work and are committed to your complete satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds, your happiness is our top priority.

We encourage all customers to carefully inspect their vehicle upon pick-up. If you have any concerns or are not completely satisfied with the results, please let us know immediately. We will gladly address and correct any reasonable issues on the spot to ensure you leave fully satisfied with our services.

We do offer refunds on eligible product purchases under the following conditions:

  • At least 75% of the product must remain unused.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 10 days of purchase.

 

Please note:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
